	Dolphin Bathrooms in General ... reading some of these other stories I suppose we are lucky that we do at least have a fully functioning bathroom that looks good and has caused us no further problems; however, i paid £8000 for this bathroom and it is by no means perfect. It has not been finished to the standard i would expect for teh most expensive product on the market!! So definitely not value for money. What shocked and appalled me was their absoloutely USELESS customer service; it is funny, isn t it, how their sales team are available until 8pm at night and over the weekends, but the customer service offices are only open mon-fri 9-5. 	Moben Kitchens ... I am coming to the end of a month s horror in the hands of Moben. We were quite happy to pay over the odds because we wrongly believed that we would get an excellent customer service and to avoid any hassle I thought it was worth it. It s been four weeks since the fitter arrived and we still haven t got a fully functioning kitchen. I could forgive the delays if I didn t have such a useless customer service to contend with. The daily promises of returning calls never materialised, they will never give you an update. We waited in three days this week only to have the items delivered on another day. 	Moben Kitchens ... had a Moben kitchen fitted this year, and have had a very mixed bag of experience with them. Firstly, the salesman was awful. So pushy and "calling his manager" with ridiculous stories about how we were such a "nice couple" so what deal could they do. All the game playing was really off putting. We accepted a price of £11,000 mostly to get rid of him. However, after a sleepless night thinking about him raking in his fat bonus due to our vulnerability as a young couple with a new baby who was keeping us up at night, I phoned the next day to say I could not accept the price.
