I have the Argos Solid Pine 3 Shelf Shoe Rack in my hall which is where my family put all of their shoes on. It is a neater way of storing shoes as without it all of the shoes would be likely to be piled in a heap in the corner of the hallway......and that's not ideal. The Argos Solid Pine 3 Shelf Shoe Rack cost me £14.99 from Argos, which I felt was a decent price and one that I was willing to pay. I have owned it for about 12 months and it's still something that is in daily use.

Like most furniture of this type, the Argos Solid Pine 3 Shelf Shoe Rack comes in a flat pack and so it needs assembling. Although it looked like assembly would be very simple, I have to admit that I did struggle a little putting it together because it wasn't that easy to match the holes up and get all of the pieces in the right place. Eventually I did enlist the help of a second person and then it was quite a lot easier to put it together.

The shoe rack is made of solid pine and when constructed it has three shelves. The pine is very sturdy and the shelves are thick enough that the shelves do not buckle or bend when the shoes are placed on it. I can generally get about five pairs of shoes per shelf, which means that it's possible to store about 15 pairs of shoes on the rack at any one time. It feels very well made and that it's built to last a long time. As I said, I've had it for about a year and it is still good as new. The pine has a nice finish to it and so it doesn't look cheap, and while simple in design, it functions very well.

Overall, I would recommend the Argos Solid Pine 3 Shelf Shoe Rack for anyone who has a lot of shoes! I would like it if was the option of more shelves though.
