Advantages: Takes the order and polite

Disadvantages: Nothing arrives or damaged

We are extremely annoyed with them as we have waited in various days for deliveries twice nothing arrived due to the items not picked or put onto the delivery vans. once the larder was missing then came 3 weeks later after taking another day off work. last week waited in for our last item guess what nothing arrived. They now tell me to wait until the last week of June.

The service is poor. I will not recommend anyone to have to order from their delivery service.

The rest of B & Q i cannot fault.

Summary: Kitchen Doors / Larder not arriving when they say. still waiting for 2 doors after 3 months.
