Don't use the B&Q kitchen fitting service (B&Q Kitchen Furniture)

Advantages: Nice looking kitchen

Disadvantages: A nightmare with deliveries and still waiting for the job to be finished.

We bought and paid for a new kitchen to be fully fitted by B&Q. Following huge problems with deliveries (bits landing on different days, and bits missing etc), the fitter arrived on Monday, January 14th. We'd arranged with him for worktops to be delivered on that day (as my husband and I were at work), and he didn't answer the door to them. He then arranged with the worktop company for a delivery to be made on the Thursday, but he didn't turn up to work at all that day. He came back on Friday and left with all his tools, and hasn't been back since. We are now going into the fourth week without a cooker or washing facilities. What's worse is that the project manager has been very reluctant to get in touch with us, and has promised that people will turn up, but still we have no kichen. The whole thing is an absolute nightmare and I would advise anyone considering to use the B&Q kitchen fitting service to look elsewhere.

Summary: We are now heading into the fourth week with no cooking or washiing facilities in our home after B&Q
