Disadvantages: Don't deliver on time & poor customer service

B& Q took our order & payment on 1st Jan with a delivery date of 13th Feb. Only half the kitchen has been delivered and we are told that it is now out of stock and have been given a delivery date of 10th April. We were not informed that items would be missing by either the delivery centre or the driver but were sent texts and phone calls to say the kitchen would arrive on time. We are now faced with 2 more months without a kitchen! The customer service centre does not return calls and is very unhelpful, ending conversations and putting down the phone! The store manager says he is unable to help as the delivery centre will not cooperate with them. We have been forced to buy a sink top, handles and taps from Wicks & Homebase. Total nightmare & I would strongly advise anyone not to buy from B&Q ever!

Summary: Take your money & don't deliver (deserves no stars at all!)
