Please, please, please do not have a B and Q kitchen installed by them! I have had the experience from hell and it is still not resolved. We also have had the experience from hell!! Installation began on 14th April still not finished. To date 14 different people have been involved with installation including one man who did the tiling and when we complained about the terrible job he'd done he admitted he wasn't a tiler!! The tiles all had to come down damaging the cooker hood, hob and sink in the process. B&Q promised that job would be completed yesterday and they would replace the damaged sink - when it was removed thay discovered they had ordered the wrong replacement and so put the damaged one back. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

NEVER AGAIN!
Purchased & paid in December - Fitting date 2 March - catalogue of errors, wrong plans given to fitters, wrong parts delivered, parts missing, parts broken, shoddy job by fitters, complete disrespect of my property, carpets damaged, house left in filthy state, kitchen still unfinished (waiting for replacement parts that were out of stock in March) - now 23 April & still no progress, no door handles on doors, leak under sink, electrics hanging off walls, cupboards missing. The worst experience of customer service ever experienced - no response to letter sent to customer service department locally & at head office. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM!

Kitchens from HELL! Do not ever get a kitchen ordered or fitted from B&Q. Late fitting, lost parts, damaged parts, overcharging for work never carried out, wrong worktops, too short worktops, the list is endless. I am now on my 5th visit to B&Q to sort the mess out, have dealt with at least 10 different people on the subject and have had 4 managers come out to the property to view. This was a supposed dry fit as all the kitchen had been replastered, rewired and replumbed ready for them. The installation company even admitted that B&Q are the worst company they service.

Only half the kitchen has been delivered and we are told that it is now out of stock and have been given a delivery date of 10th April. Kitchen fantastic in the end.
The order time was double what we were promised. 1st and 2nd day of fitting all went well, except they sent the wrong fridgefreezer and dishwasher. Once the fitter from the first 2 days went on holiday we had several others who all said they were bathroom fitters not kitchen. It was a nightmare. promises from the fitting company to call and they didn't. Week 4 we went on holiday leaving the fitter in the house, only to arrive home 2 weeks later and the kitchen still was not finished and they had installed the wrong freezer. What a nightmare, if your not in a hurry buy the kitchen from B & Q but arrrange your own fitter.

i recently bought a kitchen from B&Q in Burton on trent they gave me an amazing service and there customer service skills are absolutely fantastic. this next kitchen we have will be our 21st kitchen from B&Q as we are in the property developement business they are a pleasure to fit and Elliot the Showroom Consulant is an absolute marvel and knows the product inside out. There delivery service has always arrived on time and complete without damage and Elliots plans have always been spot on. I have had bad experiences of both wickes and mfi and B&Q is by far the best kitchen company on the market. there prices are firm and fair and they guarantee to beat anyone elses price. i would recommend anybody to them as they do an absolutely wonderful job.

I orderd a Kitchen from B&Q and waited for it to be deliverd a month later. I received a call to tell me that I would only receive half of my kitchen the other half will be deliverd a month later. I cancelled my kitchen and was told I would receive my money £3000 in ten days I am still waiting for my money and I am starting Court proceedings. DONT BUY FROM B&Q.
