i recieved a phone call from craftmatic beds stating i had won a £500 voucher,could somebody come to my house the next day which was saturday20-10-07 to do a presentation about the beds no obligation to buy then i would be left a survey to do at my own leisure ,ihad stressed in the phone call that i would not be buying a bed,but they told me i didnt have to and that i had won the £500 voucher shopping spree anyway,they told me i would get a follow up call which i did get straight away from the supervisor stating they would see myself and my husband the next day at 10am and that we both had to be there.iwas told after the presentation when i had the survey i had to post it straight back then i would get the £500 voucher,what a con nobody turned up.what a disgrace.
