I have been calling the Service # for 10 days (800.482.0920). I'm getting pretty frustrated.

I bought a bed from you (Total Sale Price: $5,226.50) and now I need service.

The chord for the hand control needs to be replaced.

Would you please be so kind as to send one out to my home with an invoice and I will ask my husband to replace the defective one I have.

My bed is in an upright position and I can't use it!
