Craftmatic also rang my grampy and offered him £500 .. a representative of the company came from Luton he said his managers name was Mr Davies. The representative was extremely rude and kept implying my grampy was out of his mind and he was making of fun of him and calling him a dirty old man. He was completely out of order and i confronted him i told him he was very rude and offensive he said "ah well".. being a 16 year old girl there was not much i could do :\ . In the end he said to my mum that if she told the boss that she was kicking him out then he would get paid and we would recieve this £500 shopping voucher for some old people catalogue.. after my mum spoke to his manager he left and took the £500 with him. Really bad company.

Summary: Bad company don't get trapped in their little game.
