Disadvantages: too expensive, inferior product, cost in dollars $2,700

Beware of doing business with these people. You must sign a contract that obligates you to a purchase sight unseen. No returns allowed. My bed is almost unuseable. I find reading in bed difficult, which was the reason that I thought I wanted it. The salesman assured me it would be very suitable, but I find I need a bolster, which slips between the mattress and the bed when it's in the raised position. The edges of mine tend to sag, forcing me to sleep in the center. Also, one of the undulating motions does not work, and phone calls to the U.S.
office ( in Massachusetts) were referred to a manager who never returnsed my several calls.
