For those of you that have bought an item from this company in the last 5 years and have purchased it on finance, you have not lost your warranty as your finance supplier is liable. You will receive letters and calls from different companies stating that they will give you warranty for a nominal fee (approx 200 pounds), just ... Read the complete review

My dad has just been relieved of £4k for a bed! They were originally asking for £5.5k but when he said he couldn't afford that, they asked him to make an offer! Either way it's simply not worth it but they did such a good job on him that he wont hear of it.

After hearing about Craftmatic beds from a friend I was looking forward to receiving mine within the stated timeframe but it didn't arrive on the day they said it would. I called and called and called and was told it was en route everytime. I did finally receive my Monaco bed 4 days late - I know delays happen but I'd rather be told than

I work for Craftmatic, or at least I did until 13th Jan 2010. My opinion of this firm? Well as far as I know the beds are as advertised; the way they treat their employees however is disgusting. I was one of their in home salesmen; I sat through 9 appointments in my second week; I had been told I would earn £40 for each of them, just for ... Read the complete review

After reading a craftmatic review the beds sounded like the ideal solution for my chronic back problems and the lack of mobility I was experiencing. After approximately 2 months I noticed a marked improvement in my all round sleeping pattern and also my quality of life. I decided to look into investing the same model for my wife but the w

I did alot of shopping around before I bought my new bed but cant say i was over the moon with it. I read a craftmatic review and they essentially delivered what they promised which was a quality bed that improved my quality of life, but there were issues. I invested a large portion of my savings in my new bed but was left a little disappointed and felt I had to write a craftmatic review outlining the minor difficulties i faced. Although the product I received was suitable in regard to my medical needs it wasn't the model I ordered, although the one I received was almost identical to the one I ordered, albeit an earlier model with a slightly lower price tag and slightly lower specifications. On the whole I am pleased with the purchase of my new bed, it was delivered on time and the after sales advice i received was good. However, after less than 30 days the hand held adjusting unit malfunctioned and failed to work properly, this was obviously very inconvenient as my mobility is impaired. I called at the earliest opportunity a
