My elderly parents were very nearly conned into buying one of these bed systems. Were phoned about a £500 prize and a Salesperson called. Stayed 4 hours and eventually out of exasperation they gave a £700 deposit to buy 2 single beds for £7000.
They then thought more about it and spoke to us. They then phoned the bank and cancelled the cheque (in time - still to see). Phoned the company and cancelled the order when the salesperson then offered a £3000 discount!!!!!!!!!
This group sound a bunch of con merchants. BEWARE.

Craftmatic - should be crappermatic. What a heep of shit. This bed and the company should be sent back to the USA wgere they come from. I didnt fight in the war to be sold rubbish by yanks and their UK operation. If you are considering buying a Craftmatic adjustable bed, BEWARE. We bought 2 Craftmatics, over $6000. My wife's mattress proved to be not firm enough. The company would not consider any exchange. The electronic control system failed on both beds in less than 18 months. The company refused to discount any repair cost. Repair costs was over $200.00

Beware of doing business with these people. You must sign a contract that obligates you to a purchase sight unseen. No returns allowed. My bed is almost unuseable. I find reading in bed difficult, which was the reason that I thought I wanted it.
