Why is the Customer Always WRONG (Curtains)

Hillarys Shutters - as a supplier to them myself I felt good about order from them. The order was placed early December - they banked the cheque late Jan. I lost my phone line for 1 week causing me a loss of business, other accounts were affected too. Their reaction it is my fault! Delivery promised later Jan - now March and hey I might get them in the next week - yipee - again not their problem as they kept me informed. Summary: Will not use or recommend again but hey they don't care anyway |
