Dreams Beds

MOST PETHATIC SERVICE OF THE YEAR AWARD GOES TO DREAMS.CO.UK. Absolute nonsence and would say to all NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM DREAMS. Ordered bed-room set and waited 5 weeks. They don't even know what was going on with the order, who was delivering it, when was it to be delivered. Absolutely no clue. Don't buy anything from them.

We ordered a headboard 7 weeks ago from Dreams Omagh branch. As it was overdue we went into the store to be told the order had not been put through. We then were told that we couldn't have our money back as head office deals with returns. After getting through to an actual manager (harder than you can imagine) we were told there was a 20% cancellation fee because the store had finally put through the order after we complained and wanted our money back (idiots). After trying to explain this to the Belfast manager she kindly hung up on us. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!!!

We ordered a mattress from Dreams Letchworth store on a Sunday, for agreed delivery the next Thurs. We told them we MUST have it as guests were arriving. It was a stock item and we paid cash & they said no problem for delivery. 2 days before delivery, they called to say it wasn't actually "in stock, but they were expecting it in stock the following week". Surely something is in stock or not? They are trying to charge me 20% of the cost (£1250) to cancel an order they could not deliver. We want our money back, but they won't give it to us. Do not buy from Dreams - it is not worth the stress! They tell lies and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They still owe me £400 odd pounds for an item that was delivered broken and they have collected weeks ago. Can I reach anyone in customer services? Never!!!!! They are also far more expensive for poor quality products. Take my advice DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO SHOP HERE HOWEVER DESPERATE YOU ARE.

We found the customer service a little pushy but he did help us find a good bed. They said delivery in 2 days and that is what it was. Took the old bed away and new bed was quite easy to assemble. I would recomend them.
