Advantages: You don't have to give your money away - Dreams take it for nothing.

Disadvantages: You end up without a bed and no money.

After paying for a bed at Dreams plc and being given a delivery time of 14-28 days I am still waiting after 10 weeks. We have made at least 12 telephone calls and sent 3 emails. We have received 12 promises of a call back and guess what - no calls. It seems that delivery is always expected "this week". Dreams customer service team appear to have no idea of what is happening. It wouldn't be so bad if they were at least honest. Having read other customer reports on the web, taking the money and keeping you waiting appears to be company policy. Incidentally you usually have to wait for at least 20 minutes on an 0870 number before they bother to answer the call. If I had read the Office of Fair Trading report I would never have entered the Dreams shop in the first place. The Dreams web site says "It is the people within the Dream Team that make your bed buying dreams come true"... The Dreams Difference promises "Superfast Delivery"... Their Mission is "to Delight our Customers"... Customer Service? - Dream on!

Summary: I wish someone else had written this review before I went to Dreams.
