Advantages: There is someone who will listen

Disadvantages: It is a shame it took so long

I recently wrote a review about Dolphin bathrooms as I had been waiting a long time for an installation date. My husband then telephoned and asked to speak to the Installation Supervisor who seems to have sorted the problem within 24 hours of my husband's telephone call. We are now at day one of the installation and so far so good. We are not there yet but I am now hopeful. Will keep you posted!

Summary: The jury is still out but it is looking hopeful!
