We had 2 bathrooms fitted by Dolphin just over a year ago , mind they started fitting in May and were still not finished by the end of September! A leeking tap ruined our lounge ceiling, the units were uneven, the plug didn't fit, I could go on!!
Eventually we got it sorted. Then guess what, this week (Guaranttee has only just run out) we had a leak in our study.
When I phoned Dolphin the said they could do nothing as the guarantee was up. I called an independed plumber who found that the bath was not sealed properly and leaking down the wall and through the floorboards. After removing the bath panel I couldn't beleive the mess under the bath, old boxes peices of wood and a SANDWITCH! So if you have had a Dolphin bathroom fitted recently , your troubles have only just begun!!

Summary: Very expensive , terrible service
