Advantages: ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING.

Disadvantages: SILLY LITTTLE GIRLS ON THE PHONE.

Support your local plumber!... why, because chances are he will be fitting your Dolphin bathroom!!!!
ALL DOLPHIN bathrooms are installed by contractors, most of have their own companies, heanse, when you hear of the fitters disapearing, we've gone off to do our own work, and why because all the GOOD installers only use Dolphin's as a backup when short of work, or in between jobs.
If you read reviews about Dolphins you will find that 99% will complain of being phobed off by a little girl on the phone or left on hold,... believe me this is the same response installers get!!!
Once Dophin has your monies, and believe me they will, ALL up front, you've signed for the design, your suite will be delivered into your garage and then......................... you wait, till we come along, and that can take months,...fingers X he's good at his job!
Dolphin's go through installers at an UNBELIEVABLE rate! most just walk, others cant afford to work for them? as an installer we buy a lot of the materials ourselfs, but you accept that as part of the deal.
And what is their guarantee? READ the small print.
So why a review like this from one of Dolphins top installers?...
I'm sick of seeing people being taken for a mug!!!
Your £10,000.+ installation by Dolphin (& believe me thats a cheap one) would cost you £5.500-£6,500. by a local installer and for better quality.
So please do check out your local plumber first before you use Dolphin, you will save a lot of money.
