Don't make the same mistakes I did.

Where do I start ? My problems started when I found out that the group were in liquidation/administration, following applications via the Companies House Web site to strike them off !
It has been extremely stressful , wondering if I would get my installations done at all!
I have had several abortive installlation dates, days when fitters failed to show.
The work has been largely botched, sloppy and indifferent to finished product
Their Customer Sevices have rarely returned my calls. I was blamed for my own problems by them on several occasions .
I did sign completion cert for install , but subsequently because of design/install problems, had to have the fitters back , eg, cupboard wouldn't open enough to allow access. At this point the fitter literally hacked at the cupboard to make it accessable .
I don't know how they get away with it!
