I ordered a Dolphin Special Care bathroom for my elderly mother (78) in early January and paid what I considered to be a great deal of money but I was assured that they would do the work quickly and without inconveniencing her too much. Nine weeks later I had heard nothing about the actual installation and I called them. They were very apologetic and arranged an installation date which they later changed.

After having a living room full of equipment for 10 weeks and being £6000 out of pocket we decided to cancel the order as they had not arrived on the last installation date (suggested by them) and didn't even bother to call.

After several phonecalls a van finally arrived two weeks later to collect the equipment and my Mother wisely asked for the cheque for the money before she would allow them in. They told her they were under instruction not to hand over the cheque until the van was loaded. After much discussion the finally showed her the cheque which was £975 pounds short.

After a call back to Dolphin the van driver told her that was Dolphins "cancellation fee" and that I myself had agreed to it - which of course I had not and I was not even aware of any fee.

In summary, Dolphin Bathrooms are liars and crooks and I intend to see them in court.

Summary: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!
