Absolutley awful, they gave me the wrong installation date and then called me a liar. The bathroom was fitted but the electrician damaged one of the units, they delivered another damaged unit. I then had water leaking down into my front room as the bath dropped considerably and now they have just delivered a new unti but have left it in the porch damaging the door and frame. So far they have cost me over £1000 in vacation I have had to take for them to come out and fix the awful installation, and I paid for this bathroom to be fitted in April 2008 - it's now July and the bathroom still isn't finished. Avoid at all costs, oh and by the way ignore what they salesman says about dedicated Dolhin fitters, there aren't any they use sub contracted workforce so you end up dealing with them despite forking out 8K.
