Don't use Dolphin Bathrooms

We have had so many problems from start to finish, the bathroom leaked through the ceiling and down our electric sockets and through our window, causing our window to bow! The bath does not fit the stand and looks terrible.

We feel embarrased and stupid for even choosing Dolphin bathrooms, what a waste of £9K of our hard earned money. When we even suggested compension, we were told to put it in writting, we did back in February. Still heard nothing!

We thought it would be a good idea to have a finance agreement as we were told you don't pay until you're 100% satisifed. WHAT A LIE. Dolphin simply invoice GE Money and they pay! Even if not finished.

The bathroom is now in dispute and isn't finished. To top this whole experience off, it is starting to break, we have had to have a plumber out to mend the flush and the heating system at our cost!

Don't do it please save your money. Get a local fitter who will come back to mend things if he fits it and it breaks!
