As an ex Dolphin bathroom fitter I can tell you first hand how bad this company is. They are without doubt the biggest rip-off merchants out there. They use the cheapest quality products and charge a fortune for them. The salesman know how to work there magic on you and so many people fall for it. They could make you pay £8000+ for a bathroom which is worth about £2500. I've actually fitted bathrooms for them which have cost the customer £17,500. The salesman get 6% of every sale and 9% if they get you to pay for it on finance over 5 to 10 years. The surveyors are useless, they make mistakes on every job, sometimes you can't even start the job because of wrong measurements. Then it all has to be re-surveyed, delaying the job further. They don't train any bathroom fitters they use or check previous work, you don't even need to give them references. A lot of fitters don't even speak English. Would you like that in your house? I wouldn't!

The women in customer services are very rude and unhelpful, most just fog you off with rubbish.

I wouldn't normally take the time to sit here and write a review, but I think I need to tell people how bad this company is. You have been warned.

Incase you didn't know, Moben Kitchens and Sharps Bedroom are part of the same group, and they are just as bad from what I've heard.
