Apalling - one star not deserved (Dolphin Bathrooms in General)

Advantages: None Disadvantages: Poor service, poor quality no customer service Buying a bathroom from Dolphin has been the most apalling experience. Untrained, unprofessional sales people who misrepresented and made promises they could not fulfill to gain the contract, cheap goods provided at premium prices, late deliveries, damaged goods delivered on five successive ocassions, shabby finishing, no response to letters and phone calls, no co-ordination between departments and there's more! This all resulted in a bathroom promised for completion by Christmas being completed at the end of June the following year. Their complete inefficency meant they did not collect payment upon delivery (the only positive factor of this entire farce). Homeform legal team are now managing the dispute which means ignoring the customer ignoring the letters, phone calls and apalling service and proceeding with court action, plus interest and costs. This company places no value on customer satisfaction or quality. Get the sales by any means and provide a shabby disinterested service with shabby poor quality goods would appear to be the corporate vision. As a consumer facing organisation, they are a disgrace. Summary: The most stressful and apalling customer experience we have ever encountered. |
