Don't use Dolphin (Dolphin Bathrooms in General)

Advantages: Good fitters

Disadvantages: Everything else - particularly customer service

Don't think of using Dolphin. Their customer service is fine until they have your money. Then they don't want to know you. They fitted our bathroom less than 2 years ago, and already the shower has broken. They have not answered my e-mails, and when you ring up, they pass you from pillar to post. They don't take resposibilty for their products and don't care anymore. The fitters were excellent (2 Polish chaps), and worked hard, but we did have to have them back as they damaged the floor and vanity unit when they were fitted. That's probably becasue the fitters were only plumbers, but Dolphin expect them to plaster, fit flooring and tile also, whcih is why it wasn't up to standard. They are very expensive too, so avoid them if you can. I won't be using Dolphin or their sister companies, Sharps bedrooms or Moben kitchens again, and will recommend that no-one I know uses them either.

Summary: Expensive, not value for money and very poor customer service if anything goes wrong
