Disadvantages: a bit pricey - but you get what you pay for

I just wish to say how pleased I am with my new Dolphin Bathroom Installation. From the Designer Paul, who was very helpful and professional and gave us a really good deal ( took some negoitating though!), Steve the technical surveyor to Graham the installer who obviously knew his trade and made a marvellous job of it, and when we had to call him back for a minor adjustment to the bath, he coud not have been more helpful.
I was contacted daily by Jessica in customer services to check the progress of the installation and delivery, also had 3 visits from the project manager Andy.
It is gratifying to know that there are some firms out there who will go the extra mile. Together with the back up from Dolphin office staff, I consider them to be a shining example of how a firm should treat it's customers. Would not hesitate to use Dolphin again or recommend them to anybody wanting a quality "one stop shop" bathroom
