Had a Dolphin bathroom installed in February 09. This was a torrid experience and I would advise everyone needing a replacement bathroom to avoid them like the plague. The designer measured the room incorrectly and the surveyor never checked, consequently the original bath suggested would not fit and needed to be replaced with one that would. The contractor was rubbish and totally disrepectful of our property. He treated the house like a building site by leaving dirt and debris uncleared overnight and at weekends. He also left all his tools and equipment on site for us to navigate around. He asked us to arrange scaffolding for him to access an outside wall when this was meant to have been prearranged. We refused to allow the original installer back into the house after he 1) cracked the washbasin 2) fitted the vinyl flooring up side down 3) incorrectly fitted the toilet which became blocked within 12 hours and required a Dyna-Rod callout 4) damaged the towel rail and left it dented 5) was incapable of cutting wall tiles without chipping them to pieces 6) had three unsuccessful attempts at fitting the end panel to the bath. As for the promised 'Project Manager' he was the contractors manager and was really difficult to track down. It was only when we escalated our problems to head office that he showed his face and then he was next to useless. We complained and were offered a 1% goodwill payment. We referred our complaint to the Furniture Ombudsman who unsurprisingly supported the retailer. We rejected their offer as derisory and indicative of their contempt for us the customer. We were not prepared to give them the satisfaction of providing token compensation and have chosen never to deal with them or their Moben compatriats again.

Summary: Never be duped into buying a Dolphin bathroom - service is not what they claim

Gosh, sounds appalling! On the other hand I've just had a Dolphin bathroom fitted and was nothing but impressed with the service and quality of work.
