Advantages: They do it all for you.

Disadvantages: They do it their way

I am currently having a Dolphin bathroom installed. I think this is the biggest mistake I have ever made. The entire project was supposed to take 3-4 days. It is now into its 11th day. The fitter has left a Polish man in my house who can hardly speak English. He visits him once or twice a day and although he has also brought another painter to along for a day or two. the polish guy is his main fitter. I can best describe this man as a sloppy handyperson.

I have paid over 6500 pounds for an efficient, convenient and prfessional service. I was under the impression that they would use the highest quality materials and would complete the whole project within a couple of days.

I was wrong. Before you pay in full, they are all charming and would say yes to every demand you have. Once you have paid, they change tune. I was told by the surveyor that the company's policy was to delight the customer. He said that the fitter would go a long way to please the customers as they would not be paid if the customer was not satisfied. However, when I asked the fitter to hang an illuminant mirror, he said that it cost 45 pounds to do connect it.

My advice is avoid, avoid, avoid this company like a plague.

Summary: Avoid this company as their practice is about covering their back.

I really find people like you quite unbelievable. I have just purchased my 2nd Dolphin Bathroom in the last 5 yrs. I was told on both occasions that the work would take 7-10 days to complete + you complain that the fitter wanted an extra £45 to fit your illuminated mirror. This is just a private job for the fitter to have to do & run the electrics into the back of it. This is a very reasonable price that any good fitter would charge for such a job & an electrician would be a lot more.
