Advantages: They fit fantastic bathrooms that are built to last

I have had a Dolphin bathroom installed after wasting £4k with B&Q on what they call a bathroom and lasted all of 2 years!!

My friend recommend Dolphin and though more than twice the price it is worth every penny.

The service from to designer to installation has been remarkable, all promises kept and when i wanted to add a mirror when the surveyor came it was added free of charge.

The designer wasn't interested in trying to sell me all the best products but instead recommend what was practical like not having a mixer shower (no one at B&Q mentioned that and i have been standing under a dribble for 2 years), and not full tiling which i thought was the best way but am so glad i didn't do that for a 2nd time- surely this would have earned him less commission! Very honest i thought.
They even offer over a £1000 off for completing on the day of the design. I didn't need asking twice.

The job started within 5 weeks of ordering and was promptly finished with the 10 day guideline they had given me.

The project manager visited no less than 4 times to check progress and quality of installation.

The fitting team where very good and i had no problem leaving them a key to carry on whilst i was working. When i got home they always left me with a working toilet and cleaned up everyday.

They even offer you a discount for doing finance then show you a way to pay it off early making it cheaper than the cash price- brilliant!

I have read the reviews on here and think most sound very harsh, but like most things you tell 10 people about bad service and 2 about great service. So im one of 2 but im sure there are 1000's more who should get on here to give praise where praise is do.

I'm saving for a Moben kitchen now!!!

Summary: You get what you pay for in this world and i found out the hard way, dont chance and use the pro's
