I've just recently bought a Dolphin bathroom & found their service to be good. I am very surprised at reading some of the reports on this site. The reason I am posting this is because when i asked the sales guy about any guarantees i was quite surprised when he told me that Dolphin had some negative reports on websites & that its only a tiny percentage of people that buy who bothers to come onto these sites & could i please post something positive if i have something to say.
I found their whole service in general great. The only problem i had was the fitter broke a cupboard door handle on installation & I had to wait a week for a replacement. I was totally surprised when they sent somebody to replace it as i expected to have to do that myself. Apart from that i must say it went as smooth as promised. Its been in a month now & they've had to send a fitter back twice with small snagging problems & each time was done within a couple of days. Biggest problem for Dolphin is more people like me wont come on to post good reviews. Only the bad ones get on to sites like this.
I'd recommend them.

Summary: glad i looked into it & checked out Dolphin 1st.
