Advantages: Fitter was very helpful as far as he could be.

Disadvantages: customer services and communication are dire they have no interest once they have your money.

I had a dolphin bathroom fitted in september and still await the finished job.
Bathroom was delivered on the 11th and work commenced, fitter discovers they have supplied the wrong bath and they have the tile order wrong, this was rectified a few days later.
Flooring was never delivered and as fitter got nearer to needing to be able to lay it I rang to ask where it was this was 4 days before rest of work was completed and the sink could not be fitted without flooring in place! Project Manager and I use the term very loosely was telephoned ans his response was yes we are aware it has not arrived I am looking into it I will call you back!!!....3 days later no call so I rang again and he states he does not know where it is he will contact customer services and call me back...no call so 2 days later I called Customer services myself...wondering just what a Project Manager does for his salary and looking to get a job like this as soon as possible....Customer Services tell me flooring is missing they are re -ordering...should be in stock next week this is a week after bathroom was completed...should then be delivered to me to be fitted the foillowing week at the latest...no flooring still and we are now on week 4 so I call them again to be informed flooring will bew delivered 15/10/2009 and they will arrange fitter to come back...I booked the day off work dreaming of a finished bathroom by nightfall......15/10/2009 5 weeks after starting my bathroom no floor was delivered and when I called them they say not able to deliver today as they still have not got the flooring in stock!!! but no one even thought to inform me of this but hey they are SORRY ...sorry just aint good enough.....willl not be recommending them to anyone ever.

Summary: do not bother unless you want to get stressed.

i Totally agree with Eileen, once the y got your money, they dont want to know. The Aftersales is terrible, still awaiting a washer for my towel rail, since beginning of october, sent a complaint to trading standards, awaiting reply alan rowe
