i had adolphin bathroom fitted in first week of august and is still ongoing this has now effected us so badly. we bought the bathroom in May and paid the deposit in may as well. it was august by the time they could manage to deliver provide us with the delivery date and the instalation date close enough so we can proceed. at the end of the fitting the fitter advised us not to use the bath and advised us it is faulty but dolphin will be in touch with you shortly.

in the meantime we strated using the shower and expierienced loads of problems with it such as the shower will stop half way through and air starts coming up the hot water not staying for long etc....

gone the first week september nobody contacted us re. the bath and of course we started to contact them and to my surprise they said they thought it was all sorted when we contacted the fitter he was surprised dolphin said that as he had given them clear instructions as and when he discovered the problem. after number of phone calls to dolphin they said someone called clear water will be getting in touch with us to arrange an appointment this went on for a while and at some stage the project manager said they will just replace the bath and we were concerned about the tiling etc...in the meantime we had a visit from the bath manufacturer and they fixed the problem, but dolphin never contacted us to see whether the issue was resolved it was always us contacting them. once the bath was fixed we went on to the next problem which was the power of the shower and we had about two different plumbers coming around 3 to 4 times but was unable to explain to us what the problem was. on their last visit the plumber decided to check our water tank in the loaft and said may be i will chage the valve and see if it fixes the proble...and he did and the power of the shower was resolved but we ended up having a heavy overflow from the tank for days after leaving several messages with them they were failed to contact us by the time our front door was so badly damaged as the overflow was landing right in front of our house. eventually the same plumber came in just went up on the loaft and said right this should work now when we asked what the problem was he said it just needed to be in the correct position as when he first did it he did not have the right equipments in the tool box!! soon after he left the overflow started again!! this time i was furious as i was trying to get my front door fixed and the carpenter advised not to fix it until the the overflow is resolved..this time i told dolphin not to send the same plumber again as he never explain anything to us when he does something in our house. dolphin then said to find our own plumper also claim the door issue through our insurance not throuh them...but they need a report from an independant plumber to say what has caused the door to damage and the overflow and we have to pay for the report...and they will look in to it...all this time i requested the project manager to step and they failed to do so...i now decided to go to the solicitor as they have started taking the money without our concent also there are other issues which has not even been looked at ....

I WOULD STRONGLY SAY A BIG NO TO DOLPHIN BATHROOM AS WE HAVE SPENT 10,000 pounds to have all these headaches and is still ongoing from May!!!
