Avoid Dolphin Bathrooms. We paid over £10k for a tiny on-suite. We paid it for speed and convenience, but six months later we still can't use it. Installation was of appalling quality (as were the fixtures & fittings), and the customer services were slow and reluctant. We're on our third attempt to stop the shower leaking and no one has yet done an acceptable silicone job. Their salesman was a liar - yes, I said he was a liar - as he insisted they never use contractors when every tradesman that's been here declared themselves as an independent contractor. He assured me the quality is second to none which is laughable. We've now had the floor and shower tray replaced which required a new under floor heating element which now doesn't work. The tiling job was held up while parts failed to arrive, leaving not only the bathroom unusable but the bedroom it is attached to littered with plumbing & tiling bits and therefore unusable. Awful, awful company. Please learn from the people commenting on here. I feel conned and stupid for falling for it all. I just hope there's some European law which will force them to give me my money back so I can get a decent company in to replace it.
