I am currently a customer,or more appropriately a victim,of Dolphins purported service and would warn any potential customer not to use this company under any circumstances. The salesman will do a good job but the service goes rapidly downhill therafter.I am currently in week 10 of a simple installation and despite assurances that they dont try to send broken components they dont do much to ensure their safe arrival either.I have currently received two broken baths and two broken toilet systems. The fitter is doing his best but the Company is a total shambles.

Support your local plumber!... why, because chances are he will be fitting your Dolphin bathroom!!!! ALL DOLPHIN bathrooms are installed by contractors, most of have their own companies, heanse, when you hear of the fitters disapearing, we've gone off to do our own work, and why because all the GOOD installers only use Dolphin's as ... Anxious here for an update. Delivery arrived ahead of time (7:30am) to beat the London congestion charge. After delivery I was disappointed that installation was 2 weeks after delivery but I was away so it was OK.Installer arrived on time as promised and the work is progressing nicely - will let you know about the final product.

We had 2 bathrooms fitted by Dolphin just over a year ago , mind they started fitting in May and were still not finished by the end of September! A leeking tap ruined our lounge ceiling, the units were uneven, the plug didn't fit, I could go on!! Eventually we got it sorted. Then guess what, this week (Guaranttee has only just run ... I wish I had read these reviews before I went ahead. I was told it would take 9 days the fitter said 14 took 18 in a bathroom 6'x6'. You would not believe what I had to go through ended up having to buy my own tiles as the ones I had picked from them were now discontinued. They only give your money back when job is finished. A month ... Read the complete review

I recently wrote a review about Dolphin bathrooms as I had been waiting a long time for an installation date. My husband then telephoned and asked to speak to the Installation Supervisor who seems to have sorted the problem within 24 hours of my husband's telephone call. We are now at day one of the installation and so far so good. We ... Read the complete review

We have had a dolphin bathroom fitted. It took a while but when completed really looks the part. We know we paid over the odds, but did our best to knock the saleman down, no doubt he made 500 quid plus for his 1 1/2 hr pitch. The work was carried out by a local fitter, excellent work, but he was inclined to go off and do other jobs. ... Read the complete review

Rubbish workmanship Late finnishing the work Very expensive Paid over the odds for a shower on the basis that i'd rather pay more and get a good job done and i hate the hassle of chasing people to do work. Dolphin did a terrible job, took ages and i ended up phoning electricians , plumbers etc etc to get the work ... Read the complete review

Went in to Dumfries shop on a Sunday to buy 2 bathroom suites i had seen earlier in the week, these were shop displays being sold as the shop was closing. Sales Assistant said if i liked "that one" i should get it today as the Boss's friends are interested in it. She phoned Operations Manager to check it hadn't been sold ... Read the complete review

If you chose to go with Dolphin, be prepared for a very stressful experience. Very pushy sales person & a totally incompetent fitter. Months of fitting then re fitting. Overall, it is an average looking bathroom, nothing special for the huge amount of money we parted with. In our opinion they are not like Dolphin promote themselves ... Read the complete review

They require full payment up front, long delays before starting, dont believe the dates given by the salesman. The final job was good except there was a part missing from the sink unit. Lots of phone calls only recieved fob offs and now they just wont return phone calls. Advice - look elsewhere.

We have a very small bathroom and wanted to make the best of the space with a new bathroom with showerbath etc. I had not done any research on the net and knew nothing about the bad reputation and poor sales tatics adopted by the Dolphin sales representatives. We have wanted a new bathroom and a new shower room for some time and got energised by a flyer offering 50% discount (how did you calculate your list price if you can offer 50% off, was a question in the back of my mind...). So the design lady duly visited and we talked for about 4 hours about all the details. We found this useful ... Read the complete review

Having recently moved into a new apartment, one thing we really wanted to get done was the bathroom. Its a small 1 bedroom apartment with a basic small bathroom. I had already done some pricing on the web and for a new bath, basin, tiles and accessories, all top range, it was going to cost about £2000. Including labour costs I ... Read the complete review

My wife and I wanted a complete bathroom service. Some companies sub contract or expect you to find someone to do part of the job. A Dolphin rep called to see us on New Years Day. He was not a pushy salesman and made many helpful suggestions. A contract was agreed and three weeks later work started. The vast amount of work was done ... Read the complete review

After visiting a Dolphin showroom (we hadn't heard about all the horror stories or we'd have steered well clear) we were enthusiastic enough to allow a salesman to come round the following week.
