This company is awful.There after- sales and product (once paid for) beggar belief.....very poor throughout and very little effort made to improve.Once purchased we ended up getting 4 beds in total (3 replacements)...two broken on or shortly after delivery,one incomplete and one (believe it or not) riddled with WOODWORM!!!They take ages to do anything and make it very clear they feel they are being put out.There staff(all of the ones I dealt with anyway(which was lots)) are rude,surly and arrogant...sample quote when complaining about the 2nd broken bed "You pay youre money ...you take your chance....you could get hit by a bus tomorrow!!"( I promise I am not lying...they wrote a letter of apology after I complained)My advice is dont deal with them and if you have to dont pay up-front whatever you do.
