However, the design and detail afforded to this piece makes it a very touchable item of furniture that does anything but discreetly sit against the wall. The attention to detail is exquisite and really makes the table stand out as a focal piece in my hall. After moving into a larger home late last year we needed something bright and functional to go in our new hallway. This elegant and modern console table is designed to fit against a wall making it a functional but unobtrusive piece of furniture. This table is quite substantial for a small table and measures: Height 78 cm, width 80 cm, depth 40 cm. The legs are fairly long and make up about 60cm of the total height giving the table, in my opinion, a slightly leggy, unstable look. It is made of solid pine and painted with a white lacquer finish. It has some deliberate distress marks added which I do not really care for as I feel they take away the sharpness of the table . Read the complete review
