DO NOT ever deal with this company, Totally incompetent. I thought buying a kitchen from a local company would be an enjoyable experience. Was i so wrong. The alarm bells should have wrung when they gave us a couple of telephone numbers for builders and electricians neither of them were any use.They said it would take 6 weeks for the kitchen to be delivered. Kitchen came with doors missing handles missing, Upstands missing and cornice missing. No plinth seal. There were 2 doors missing from the utility cupboard still waiting for them 3 weeks later. After the floods that hit our area in 2006, our house was gutted and in need of a complete refurbishment . We had our kitchen replanned with Belgam kitchens at the start of the year. Having spent time the planner, we were happy with all the advice he gave us . We went ahead and had the kitchen fitted. We were ipmressed and could not recommend them highly enough . Unfortunately one of the bespoke electrical appliances had a fault 3 months later, and we were worried that the part would not be covered, as it was a special order . We had our kitchen completed by Belgam Kitchens back in June of this year. We have two young children, with a new baby on the way any week now, so we wanted a kitchen to make our standard of living more comfortable. We had flirted with getting a kitchen last year, but the salesmen from Space Kitchens and Kitchens Direct were far too pushy and it was generally an unpleasant experience... With baby number 3 on the way, we decided to do some necessary home improvements. Just had my kitchen completed by Belgam Kitchens and would like to thank them for fantastic job. The job took just over a week to complete and other than a couple of handles missing went without a hitch. The kitchen is very good quality considering the money and our bosch appliances are very easy to use and a vast improvement on our previous ones. The designer spent a long time with us making sure that the design was spot on and that we picked the right appliances for what we was going to use them for.
