Just had a kitchen fitted by Belgam and I must say that everything about it was good. Good value (£5200), Good Salesman(no pressure), Good workmanship, Good aftersales.
Only one slight hick-up when a couple of doors came damaged but they were quick to get them replaced within a couple of days.

The steam oven that the salesman recommended is amazing. My cooking skills have just increased by 100% overnight!! The new layout has made getting around the kitchen so much easier than before hand and made cooking a joyable experience again. We now have a seating area/breakfast bar bult into the room which has made the room a room and not just a kitchen. I can only compliment the designer for this (Russ) for completely redesigning what is an awkward shaped room and making my life a hell of a lot easier. . . . .

Overall rating out of 10......... 10

And i am not an easy person to please!!!!

This comment is a million miles away from my own experience that I am sure it was written by the Company. Jemel is quite able to do this as I am advised he is a competent programer for MS.

I ordered my kitchen in January, work started in March and was not completed until July. I am sure that the work was only completed to my specification because I was withholding some £7,500 on a £15,00 order because deliveries and promises were not being kept.

If you want to use this company be very careful. Ensure that you are in the driving seat by witholding some of the money you are due to pay to Belgam, which is different to the money handed over to the kitchen fitter. Remember the old saying "Buyer beware".
