I've just had a kitchen fitted by Belgam and though I'd share the experience.

We were visited by Belgam on the 2nd December, after being recommended by a friend and doing some research on the internet. The designer was very pleasant and not pushy. There was no pressure to sign up on the night. We loved the design and the doors so we arranged a follow up appointment on the 5th December. We were offered a fitting slot on the 15th December. We were very skeptical about whether it would be finished before Christmas, but we were told not to worry. The idea of having the new Kitchen ready for Christmas dinner with the in laws coming was too much to resist.

So now that Christmas is over I'm happy to say things were finished with plenty to spare! Well almost. The kitchen was delivered on the 5th December. The fitting team arrived first thing tuesday morning to begin (when I say first thing i mean first thing 6.30am !!) and by thursday lunch time the installation was finished. I am still waiting on a pull out unit which was out of stock, but that will be fitted first week of January. The quality of the fitting is excellent and so are the units and appliances. The mother-in law was impressed and Christmas dinner was so much easier to cook with a range cooker.
