Our new kitchen from Belgam Kitchens has just been completed and we are pleased with the end result. They started installation mid December and worked hard to get our kitchen ready for Christmas. We were a little worried about things being a bit too near to the "Big" day but the fitters came good and worked really hard to get things finished in time. Their price was competitive compared to other companies we looked at and the Croft oak kitchen that we have chosen is gorgeous. If anything it looks better than I expected. The design really does work and we now have a kitchen that is practical whilst looks great.

Things didnt run totally smoothly though as there were problems when the wall that we took down turned out to be load bearing after the designer advised us he didnt think it was. But the fitters picked up on this before they started knocking it down thankfully. This did have a slight knock on effect with our design but Belgam were quick to come up with a solution and even overnight couriered the new doors & cabinets that were required.
There were also a couple of scratched doors that we picked up on when compiling our snagging list but they were replaced yesterday along with the few other minor things that we have noticed whilst working in the kitchen.

We are happy with the service and product and accept that due to the size of job involved there was bound to be something that was going to go wrong but Belgam and the fitters were there to put it right.
