I have just had a new fitted kitchen put in and I would like to rave about the company. The company is - Ramsbottom Kitchen Company, Ramsbottom, Nr Bury. Heather came to visit and was loaded with ideas as we only have a relatively small kitchen. She was only with us for an hour or so, unlike four other companies we had in our home who averaged about 4 hours each. Then we went to visit the showroom to see the plans. We were very pleased with what she came up with and promptly paid our deposit of £10. Yes £10. It was arranged that they would be starting on the 11th May 2009 at 8 o'clock. At 8am promptly 1 man arrived and had dismantled our kitchen by 10 o'clock, swept up and cleared everything except my sink. Tuesday and Wednesday saw the electricians and plasterer. All very busy and cleared up within 3 hours each. As we had so much plastering work it was left until Monday to dry. Monday morning 8am the fitter arrived who had taken the kitchen out. The kitchen was delivered by 10am and he got to work. The appliances arrived Tuesday and the kitchen was completed by Wednesday. One man on his own and what a fitter! The electricians came Thursday and our new kitchen was complete. And what a testament to the comapny it is. Words fail me to tell you how beautiful it is and how well everyone worked together from Heather who sold it to us to the electricians, plasterers and the general foreman who oversaw the whole job to the customer services lady who I rang once! to see what time the electrcians were coming! They all couldn't have been more helpful, polite and tidy. You hear so many bad things about kitchen companies that I just had to let people know there are some good ones out there. This one must be one of the best.
