I have just purchased a kitchen from Belgam after reading mixed reviews on various review sites. I found a number of very positive reviews which was refreshing as most of their competitors had only bad reviews. I try not to use these sites as the be-all and end-all of what I make my decisions on but they do come in useful when word of mouth isnt available. Their designer came out (james) and spent an hour with us getting the measurements and talking through what appliances would be not only the best value but also the most efficient which is something no other company had even bothered to mention. Im all for saving the planet so this impressed both me and my partner. We ended up choosing Neff which after doing some homework were very highly recommended. James showed us some samples and then left. A couple of days later as promised we received an email with some 3D pictures and a breakdown of our quotation. One of the things I liked about Belgam was the transparency. No silly 50% discounts and all that just straight forward pricing and at the price they came out at (£7,800) we didnt need any gimmicks as it was a great price. The product side of things was very impressive as well. Our kitchen is now completed after 5 days of installation and we are thoroughly impressed by the way Belgam has looked after us. They delivered everything they said they would and pretty much on time given a few items being discontinued but that was Neff that caused the problem not Belgam. I will have no problem recommending them to friends and family. In fact the mother in law has taken their number and is booking an appointment soon.
