Never buy a Helibed. Bought lightweight metal bed last November and metal rungs collapsed after 4 months of intermittent use. Visited the shop in person once and telephoned the head office a further 4 times without resolution of the problem. This bed had a 1 year guarantee. I therefore expected that it would at least be repaired or a new replacement. After being passed from one department to another and being promised to be contacted I gave up. One year has now passed and the guarantee has expired. I find this irresponsible trading.

Summary: Metal Helibed unsubstantial and irresponsibly guarantee not upheld.
