My family have recently had there front room decorated. We had already ordered a gorgeous 3 piece leather suite for the front room and we gave part of our old suite to my Aunty. But little did we know that disaster lay in our path.......

The week began, and we had ordered our furniture from the Argos catalogue. It said that it would be a 2/3 weeks before it arrived. 1.....2..... 3 weeks passed, still nothing. My dad phoned them up and said that the leather was still in Germany, it would be another further 2 weeks before it arrived. Still think it's that easy huh...... just you wait. 1 week passed, we had a telephone call from low and behold Argos!! Unfortunately, the airport was snowed in and it would still a further week before it arrived at Heathrow. Again, another week passed......... still nothing.

But by this time my dad was becoming more and more 'ANGRY' about the whole situation. So that was 6 weeks that had flown by. So much for a quite Autumn at home!! It had already ruined my dad's 2 weeks off for his Summer Vacation. How long could it be now. So we waited and waited and waited and waited............ after the 8th week... we decided to cancel the order and look for something DIFFERENT.

We now had founed another 3 - piece suite, but only to discover that it was odd. Consequently, we decided to look for ANOTHER suite. We found one at last, and ordered it from a place called 'The Furniture Warehouse' and decided to order that one. They said that it would be 7/8 weeks. 1...........2...........3..........4..........5... .........6........7...........8 weeks passed and it finally ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now you know what we had to go through, just for a 3 piece suite. In future, if you're ever thinking of buying a leather suite, please refer back to this opinion!!
