Advantages: Reasonable, modern flat pack kitchens.
Disadvantages: Delivery from IKEA inefficient, slow to rectify mistakes.
IKEA flat pack kitchens good quality but the installation service is poor. The £250 installation fee is a waste of money. The kitchen took weeks to arrive and then IKEA delivered the wrong parts twice and service manager refused to return calls. She was more concerned that her name was pronounced correctly than
giving a service. Installation prices are high Over £1400 for less than two days work. Units assembled and fitted no extras included.
Summary: Choose, plan, queue, carry, assemble and fit yourself.
