We visited IKEA in Edinburgh and the kitcen department were really really helpful. Awful! I am still in the throws of having kitchen 'installed' by IKEA (outsourced to an independent fitter). It is the worst service I have ever received. In brief, they have delivered the wrong items and missed out items, delivered items on the wrong days and too late and have been entirely unhelpful.
I have now been without a kitchen for over a week and a half.
I wish I'd seen this website first!
