Good stylish furniture for a smaller price (Ikea Leksvik Range)

We bought a wardrobe, chest of draws and 2 bedside cabinets in this range. All for under £500 now thats a real bargain. When i first saw this made up in Ikea i thought it looked expensive so I was very surprised when i saw the price and straight away i had to have it. The range is an antique pine finish. The materials its made out of include Solid pine, Stain, Clear acrylic lacquer. The backs of the wardrobes, drawers and cabinets are made from fibreboard.

When we got it home, it took about 60 mins between two of us to assemble the wardrobe, approx 45 mins to assemble the chest of drawers and 30 mins between us both to assemble both bedside cabinets. The instructions are very easy to follow, with picture diagrams.

When it was done it made a great difference to our bedroom. The style looks expensive. We thought it was good quality for money so we went out and bought the same again for our guest room.

We have had the furniture for about two years now and still there is nothing wrong with them, no marks or scratches. With the weight of all our clothes and heavy coats the wardrobes clothes pole is still in place, sturdy and no signs of bowing.

Ikea still do similar furniture in this style although not exactly the same as ours. I would definately go for it again. They do both adult bedrooms and baby bedrooms in this range, but there are not many styles to choose from
