This product (and Ikea customer service) is terrible.

Ikea's website and advertisements provide no information on maximum weight that this full-bed can hold. After buying it for my husband and me to use in our NYC apartment, I paid a handyman to assemble it. Only then did I see a warning label on the bed, which states that more than one person is prohibited. It is disturbing that Ikea chooses to hide this information inside the box. There was no way I could have found this information until I brought home the heavy boxes and began to assemble.

Next, this bed is extremely wobbly - did not feel safe.

My husband and I decided to return it. During disassembly, a wooden slab BROKE!

Ikea would NOT allow a return, because the bed had been assembled! Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I was shocked. I will never buy Ikea again.
