I acquired one of these stair baskets and I'm not really too sure where it came from, but it is really handy. I have got wooden stairs and there is quite a lot of them so it is quite handy (purely out of laziness) to keep things like polish and dusters in there. I tend to keep it near the top of the stairs, as I find it looks a bit weird if you put it in the middle of the staircase, but at the top or the bottom it looks fine.

In my old flat I used to use it for all sorts of things too, as I didn't have much space for anything. I have kept magazines in there too. I could imagine it would be very useful for people with children to store toys and things in.

If you have a lack of storage space these products are brilliant, and they don't look cumbersome like some storage space savers. I'm not sure where you can buy them from, but they are a great product.

I would recommend one of these if you have a lack of space or if you have wooden stairs and are lazy, its perfect.
