Really bad after service, faulty products, broken delivery dates, BEWARE this company will leave you so frustrated, you will wish you never started your project to have a new bathroom. Mark Two the distribution company are a law unto themselves, delivering when they want (not on the date they originally give you) and MFI pass the buck to their distribution company. NEVER AGAIN. What a waste of time and money. Substandard company and substandard goods.

Bought my bathroom suite from an MFI store about a month ago, not much to say as noone needed to sell it to me, knew what I wanted and am organising installation myself. The price and quality of the items cannot be argued with and I am very happy about it and looking forward to installing the suite. The only thing that I was disappointed ...
